<B>碧海银沙网讯</B> （图/文 通讯员 <B>林明聪</B> <B>王 裕</B> 特约摄影师 <B>李满青</B> 编辑/<B>小 雨</B>）昨日凌晨，粤西吴川市中心市场突发火灾。10间店铺被烧毁，并造成一户人家的4兄妹同时葬身火海，事故原因初步查证是由于煤气灶煮食失火所致。</P>

鸡行大量活鸡只变成“烤鸡”
起火大楼高五层，主要经营成衣及食品、日用品等。据称，今晨零时57分，吴川市消防大队接到报警，即赶赴现场开展扑救和疏散人员，1时50分控制火势，湛江市消防局领导也于2时6分率3辆消防车赶到现场增援扑救，于2时50分将大火扑灭。火灾烧毁10间商铺，总过火面积约600平方米，并造成两男两女共4名小孩死亡。这户康姓人家的四名兄弟姐妹，最大的16岁，最小的年仅9岁。

火灾现场一片狼籍
事故发生后，吴川市和湛江市领导急率有关部门人员赶赴现场参加扑救。当日上午，吴川紧急召开现场会，通报这起事故的相关情况。笔者从通报会上获悉，大火初步查证是由于煤气灶煮食失火所致。但具体事故原因及经济损失尚在调查。

事故现场
通报会称，经初步调查，19日晚11时多，死者母亲与隔壁档口的林某等4人打麻将，打完麻将后，其中一人陈某赢钱请食夜宵，死者母亲便把自己4个子女锁在店铺睡觉，与林某、易某等人一起到和兴路口食夜宵。

在食夜宵期间，她们中一人有事先行回铺，但回到档口时发现着火，马上开车回食夜宵处告知众人铺子着火了。林某"啊"一声，说："我档口还煲着鱼"。几个人马上开车回到档口。当时，死者母亲用钥匙开门，但无法打开，此时火势已十分猛烈，根本无法救人，她的两个儿子和两个女儿当场被大火活活烧死。
